Skiing Skyscraper Glacier 7/2017

Impromptu trip into the hills to escape the heat. We found a nice spot to camp on the west side of Rollins Pass. The next day we drove up to the pass and hiked on the High Lonesome Trail. I skied down the Skyscraper Glacier while Tracey headed back down the trail. On the way out I did a quick lap on a snow patch above King Lake. Fun day out with great weather! We definitely did not want to head back down to the warm temps in the Front Range.
