Backcountry Skiing, Lake Haiyaha, March 2014

Thursday ski tour. The wind was pure pain crossing the lakes, probably blowing 50-60mph in our faces and throwing stinging snow crystals into our cheeks. After making a slight navigational error and finding some wind slab instabilities, we got to our destination and skied some nice lines once the sun came out and softened things up.
